Roast Beef Noodle

Material

Beef: 500g, Garlic: 6 pieces, Dry chill, Spring onion, Vegetable oil: 2 spoon, Chinese spice, Spicy black bean sauce, Salt: half spoon, Soy sauce: half spoon, Beef broth: 5-6 bowl, Noodle, Sugar: one spoon, Rice wine: one spoon, Ginger: 5-6 slices

Preparation

  • Cut beef into bits, then put into boiling water, in order to wash up the blood.

  • Stir fry the beef with sugar and oil , rice wine and spicy black bean sauce.

  • Stew the beef with beef broth, ginger, garlic, Chinese spice, spring onion and soy sauce for 2 hours.

  • Leave the noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes, then wash up with cold water

  • Then serve with the beef stew
